What You Need To Open a Trust
Membership
The trustor must be a URW member. See if you’re eligible to open an account with us.
Fill Out Agreement
The trustee and trustor must fill out the Trust Agreement at the time of opening.
Opening Deposit
You must deposit a minimum of $25 to open.

Trustee(s)/Trustor(s) can perform transactions on the account. The Trustee(s)/Trustor(s) must sign all account documentation, including checks, in the representative capacity. For example, Joe Brown, Trustee of the Brown Family Trust.
